With DHQ’s low code platform, the company gamified its salesforce engagement process. Mondelez built 3 apps for its salesforce in China, Philippines and six countries in Latin America, encouraging participation and productivity towards the company, especially in the event of new product launches. The apps helped them in deriving essential market KPIs and effectively increasing market penetration for the new products. Gamification was well received in the organization, with close to 80% adoption rate across the countries for each app that rolled-out.
