This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains what information may be collected by Deltecs Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“DronaHQ”), how such information may be used or shared with others, how we safeguard it and how you may control its use. DronaHQ wants you to feel safe, so please read this Privacy Policy carefully, because by using DronaHQ you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies, in general, to our Internet sites and the DronaHQ platform (collectively the “Platform”) and related services (the “Services”).
User Consent
By using our Platform or providing personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) to us, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Policy. If you do not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Policy, do not use our Platform.
Data We Collect
- Your user name, email address, and avatar when registering for an account
- We may store additional data received in response to integration with a client organization’s authentication systems. Authentication protocols contain data that the organization chooses to send. Of that data, the username, email, and avatar are used by us for account management, whereas the rest of the data is used by the client organization via micro apps uploaded to DronaHQ containers for use by the client organization. See your client organization’s Privacy Policy for applicable terms.
- Your device push token when you authorize us to send you to push notifications.
- In the event of a crash in our mobile applications, anonymous crash data is automatically sent to Twitter, Inc & Functional Software, Inc. This data is used for the purposes of analysis and to improve the DronaHQ service for our customers.
- Through the use of our mobile applications, the Company automatically receives and records usage information and stores this information on servers operated by Twitter Inc. This data includes the model of any mobile device used to access the service, the version number of the software on your mobile device, and your devices unique identifier (if applicable). This data is only used in the aggregate.
The Platform and Client Applications
We host the Platform on which our clients may host applications. We have no visibility into the information that a client may collect on any such application, which data is governed by the client’s privacy policy for the subject application. See your client organization’s Privacy Policy for applicable terms.
How we use collected information
We use the information we collect to provide you with efficient access to our service. We also use this information to test and develop new functionality, diagnose and fix technology problems and generally tailor the experience for you.
Whenever we collect Personal Information on our Platform, we will:
- not disclose, transfer, sell or otherwise provide your Personal Information to any third party unless required by law or as expressly stated herein;
- provide timely and appropriate notice to you about our data practices through this Privacy Policy;
- collect and use your Personal Information only with your consent, which may be express or implied, depending on the sensitivity of the Personal Information, legal requirements, and other factors;
- collect your Personal Information only for specific, limited purposes. The information we collect will be relevant, adequate and not excessive for the purposes for which it is collected;
- process your Personal Information in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was originally collected or to which you have subsequently consented, and not use your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes without giving you an opportunity to “opt-out”.
We may use Personal Information:
- to create your account and provide the Services you request;

- to provide improved administration of our Platform and Services;
- to send you administrative e-mail notifications and other Services related communications;

- to share anonymized and/or aggregated performance statistics with third parties, for example, potential investors or for marketing purposes; and
- to market our products and services (and those of third parties) to you that we believe may be of interest, both on and off the Platform.
Control and Retention of Personal Information
We will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Platform or Services. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions. Even if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related email messages, we will continue to send you service-related communications, including notices related to your account or any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. We retain the Personal Information collected on our Platform as long as necessary to provide the services, products, and information you request or as permitted by applicable law.
Use of Anonymous Information
We may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding any information that makes the information personally identifiable to the data subject. We use this Anonymous Information so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Platform performance. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Information for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Information to third parties at our sole discretion.
Information sharing
We will not provide any of your information to any third parties without your specific consent. We may share anonymous, aggregate analytics data with third parties. We may also share your information under the following circumstances:
You choose to share your information
You may have the opportunity to sync your DronaHQ account with other services, such as social networks or applications integrated with DronaHQ’s APIs. If you are opt-in to these opportunities, your information will be disclosed and subject to the privacy policy of that third party.
Our service providers
We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to provide you with the Services that we offer you through our Platform; conduct quality assurance testing; facilitate the creation of accounts; process any payments; provide technical support; and/or provide other services. These third-party service providers are required not to use your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by us.
We will not sell Personal Information collected from our Internet sites to mailing list brokers. We may, however, share your Personal Information with third parties we hire to perform support services for us. These third parties are required to use the Personal Information we share with them only to perform services on our behalf and to treat your Personal Information as strictly confidential.
In some cases, we may share your Personal Information with third parties who partner with us to provide products and services to our customers. When we do so, we will require our business partners to use the Personal Information we share with them in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was originally collected (or to which you subsequently consented) and only as permitted under this Policy and all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
This website makes use of Google Analytics, an external service, to obtain statistics about the usages of the site. The information collected is used to provide us with aggregated statistics about the number of browser visits, usage patterns, and site referrals. Google has its own privacy policy and self-certifies compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework that the U.S. Department of Commerce developed in consultation with the European Commission to meet the European ‘adequacy’ standard for privacy protection. While connecting your account & apps to your Google Workspace APIs, DronaHQ is not using the APIs to develop, improve or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
We may allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the internet and in applications. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Service and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Service and websites, and better understand your online activity. In order to provide continuous improvement, we use the crash reporting service Crashlytics. By agreeing with this Privacy Policy you also agree with the privacy policy of the Crashlytics service. We may place cookies or similar files on your browser for security purposes, to facilitate site navigation and to personalize your experience while using the Platform. You can always disable cookies through your browser, but be aware that some of our features may not function properly if you choose to do so. We may link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We may use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. Security
Your Personal Information will generally be stored in our or our servers (which are hosted by a third party service provider) located in the United States. To the extent required by law, if your Personal Information will be transferred outside of this country, an appropriate notice will be provided. We maintain safeguards to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your Personal Information. However, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the Internet, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the Internet and will not be responsible for breaches of security unless we have acted in a grossly negligent manner.

Your Rights and Choices
Account Information
You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by requesting such deletion at inquiries@dronahq.com.
You may exercise your right to withdraw your consent to the Service at any time. The withdrawal of consent will require deactivation of your account. To withdraw consent and deactivate your account, please contact support at inquiries@dronahq.com. If you wish to exercise your right to data portability or right to erasure, please email us at inquiries@dronahq.com, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for up to 12 months. You have the right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority.
Other Sites
DronaHQ may contain links to other sites or services that we don’t own or operate. We don’t recommend and aren’t responsible for these sites or their privacy policies and practices. Be aware that these other services may set their own cookies, independently collect data or solicit personal information. You should assess the authenticity of any site which appears or claims to be part of DronaHQ.
Data Storage and Transfers
If you are a non-U.S. user of the Platform or Services, by visiting the Platform and/or providing us with information, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be processed for the purposes identified in the Privacy Policy. In addition, your Personal Information may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. By providing your information, you consent to such transfer.
